Refund policy

If for any reason you need to return a ceramic piece I am happy to facilitate a return. Please reach out via email with a refund request within 5 days of receiving your order. The cost to return the item is not covered. Refunds will be calculated less original shipping cost.

If your arrives broken, please do send an email as we have a replacement policy.
